(Part 3, Goofy's Kitchen)
That night we had 5:10 dinner reservations at Goofy's Kitchen. Here we are walking through down town Disney to the Disneyland Hotel

Disney is SO FABULOUS when it comes to special dietary requests. The chef was so nice and took me through the entire food buffet and showed me what was gluten free. He also made Cristian a special gluten free pizza and gluten free cookies! Disney gets an A+ from me!!

Meeting the characters was definitely a highlight for everyone, especially Carter. He loves touching their noses, and their mouths... I think he's trying to figure out if they could possibly be real. Dale must have spent 5 minutes down on the ground with Carter. He LOVED it!

And all the kids with Minnie.We enjoyed a nice, long relaxing dinner. We were there for almost 2 hours. After dinner we got the kids back to the hotel so we could get to bed at a decent hour since we were planning on getting up early and getting to disneyland right when it opened. Once the kids were in bed, I met my friend Vallie who lives 20 minutes from disneyland. She was so nice to take me to Target to buy a new camera since mine broke. (long story short... someone else's child pulled my camera off of a tall countertop and it crashed to the ground, and this was the Canon Digital Rebel... so not a cheap camera. Grr). After our quick shopping trip, we enjoyed an appetizer and drink at Mimi's Cafe, which is a restaurant right in the parking lot of the hotel we were staying at). It was great to chat and catch up again! We can't wait for Vallie and her kids to come visit next week!!

Such a fun character dinner and you got really good pics! I'm so sorry to hear about your camera, you seem so calm about the whole thing!! Dave would have flipped and I probably would have been crying, very mature response, I know...
I agree with you, Disney is the best when it comes to helping and serving their guests!! What a great time for all of you.
