Disneyland, Spring Break Day 2

Disneyland here we come!
FLASH BACK... this is Cristian about a week before his 5th birthday.
And Ava just a couple weeks after her 5th Birthday, on the same bench as Cristian was for his 5 year Disney picture :) (guess we'll have to bring Carter right around his 5th birthday too to complete this!)

The ONLY way Cristian agreed to go on this ride was if he could ride in an elephant by himself. It was at this point, he learned from the Disney Cast Member that once you're 7 years old, you can ride any ride by yourself. Oh boy was he excited about that!

Look who we spotted as we were exiting the Pirates of the Caribbean ride... Captain Jack Sparrow... who urged the kids to follow him. Cristian was all over that!! He's been begging me to let him go see Pirates 4 when it comes out in a few weeks.
Captain Jack went around to each kiddo and put their hands on their heads for the picture. I think they got a kick out of him!

The crowds picked up a bit around 12:00. These frozen lemonades made a great treat to eat while waiting for Mr. Toad's Wild Ride (first wait of the day was about 10 minutes)

Nicole took Crisitan and Emma on Indiana Jones while the girls and I waited to meet Rapunzel. Carter was asleep in the stroller at this point.

Not long after Carter fell asleep... Ellie joined him. Aren't they sweet!

Right before we had dinner, we met my aunt and uncle, and cousins outside the Grand California. They were just arriving at disneyland right as we were leaving. The kids enjoyed running around together for a bit before we parted ways and went to go have dinner. Clair, Cristian, Ava, Marcus, and Carter.

We ate dinner at Mimi's cafe, which was right in the parking lot of our hotel, the Howard Johnson. We got to watch the fireworks at 8:45pm from the parking lot as we were loading up the car to head to Arizona. We weren't on the road for more then 5 minutes when all 3 of my kids were asleep already!
