Every birthday my kids have, I like to look back at pictures from when they were smaller to see just how much they've grown and changed through the years :) Here is my sweet baby girl the day she was born... all snug as a bug in pink :) The nurses called her "Little Miss Pink" because my room was FULL of it :)

B-day celebration at Preschool

The day after her birthday, Ava had her birthday celebration at school. She got to bring in something for show and tell... and she chose to bring Pascal, the chameleon that she picked out at the Disney Store while we were in Portland. She also wanted to wear her Rapunzel dress (her choice, she woke up in the morning and put it on right away), so I figured, WHY NOT??
It's a good thing I put some leggings and a tshirt on under her dress, because I had no idea they were doing the "gross motor" testing that day for their kindergarten assessment and conference. :) She wanted me to bring Tangled fruit snacks and make blueberry muffins (instead of cupcakes) for her treat.

Birthday Dinner

On our way home from Portland we stopped at the Spaghetti Factory where we met my parents and sister for Ava's birthday dinner.
She was pretty excited to open up more presents!

Once we got home from all the festivities, Ava was excited to play with her new toys! Cristian helped her put all her squinkies on her new holder.
